We ship from our fulfilment centre in Barcelona with DHL and UPS – across Europe, with tracking and without customs paperwork inside the EU.
Shipping costs
- €8.99 flat rate per order.
- Free from €300 order value.
- €20 to Norway and to the Portuguese islands (Madeira, Azores).
The amount is shown in the cart and at checkout before you order.
Delivery time
Items in stock leave our warehouse within 24 hours on working days. Inside the EU the parcel usually reaches you within two to four working days. If a device is on backorder or pre-order, the expected waiting time is stated on the product page and in the cart.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel is on its way you receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email, so you can see where the shipment is at any time.
Delivery countries
We deliver to 31 European countries, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, all EU member states as well as Norway and Iceland. You can see the full list at checkout – if your country is missing, write to us.
Customs and import
For deliveries to Switzerland, Norway and other countries outside the EU, import VAT, customs duties and carrier fees may apply. You bear these costs; they are not included in the price. Inside the EU no additional charges arise.
Check your address
Please check the recipient name and address before submitting your order. If a parcel comes back because of an incorrect address, we charge for the repeat shipment to the extent permitted by law.
