Nine trademarks, one target: how solomining.de claimed the names of open-source projects

Quietly, and without a word to anyone involved, a single reseller registered Bitaxe, Nerdaxe, NerdQaxe++ and Nerdminer as trademarks — two of them for devices it does not even sell. In April 2026 it used them to have 71 of our pages removed from Google. The register entries, the legal correspondence, and the contradictions that come with them.
