Program rules

Commission

• Standard rate 5 % of the net order value. Net means: without shipping, without VAT, after any redeemed discount.
• Individual products or categories may carry different rates or fixed amounts (for promotions, for example). They appear in the breakdown of every commission in the dashboard.
• The commission is created when the order is paid, not when it is placed.

Attribution

• Referral link: visitors arriving via your link (?ref=yourcode) are attributed to you for 30 days. Without cookie consent, attribution lasts only for the current visit.
• Discount code: a redeemed personal code attributes the order to you, even without a link. The code beats the link.
• The last valid click wins. Each order has exactly one attribution and exactly one discount code.
• Your own orders and orders to your own email address do not count.

Release and reversal

• Commissions start as "pending". They are released automatically 30 days after the order was delivered.
• If an order is cancelled, withdrawn or partially refunded, the commission is reversed proportionally. This can also affect a released commission; the deduction then appears as a reversal.
• Suspicious orders are reviewed manually before release.

Payout

• Released balance is paid out from €50.00, by SEPA transfer or in Bitcoin. Auszahlungen laufen monatlich, jeweils in der ersten Woche.
• Orders are invoiced by Nanohash OÜ. Whether you need to invoice your commission and how you tax it depends on your situation; enter your VAT ID or small-business status in your profile.

Ground rules

• Label referral links as advertising as required on your platform.
• No paid ads on our brand names, no coupon sites, no spam, no hidden redirects.
• We may suspend accounts for violations; pending commissions from non-compliant orders are forfeited. Either side may end participation at any time; released balance is still paid out.
