Questions about an order are answered fastest by email to [email protected], and we are happy to help on Telegram as well. For a withdrawal an informal message to the same address is enough; you may use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). We would rather settle disagreements directly – just write to us.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. However, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected.

Liability for links

Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We cannot accept any liability for this third-party content; the respective provider or operator of those pages is always responsible. If we become aware of legal violations, we remove such links immediately.

The hardware itself is open source – schematics, firmware and documentation of the Bitaxe family are published under the licences of the respective projects.
